The light and compact PLC-XC55 projector.

Sanyo has announced the launch of the new PLC-XC55 projector which features a high resolution and high lumens for the projection of bright images even in well-lit rooms. Integrating easy-maintenance and high security features, these projectors are designed for use in classrooms and small meeting rooms with 1.2 times optical zoom and ½ to 16 times digital zoom.
 
The PLC-XC55 features an active maintenance filter (AMF) which detects a clogged filter when airflow falls below a certain level and automatically replaces the dirty surface with a clean one. The build up of dust inside the projector is also minimised through a unique design which includes a lens cover and a slide-cover on the zoom and focus controls.

Selling points:

∙ Includes a pin code locking system and a security bar accommodating wire cables secures the projector and prevents theft when installed.
∙ Multi-inputs including DVI-I input jack and D-sub input and output jacks.
∙ A high-output speaker is included within unit and delivers sufficient audio for the projector to be used in small classrooms or training rooms while the projector itself runs at a super quiet 27.5dBA in eco mode.
∙ True XGA 1024x768 resolution with 3,100 lumens brightness.
∙ Portable at only four kilograms and with the power off and go feature, the user doesn't need to wait for the projector to cool down before moving it.
